At E&G Pest Solutions we offer a One Time Pest Service for some pests you may be having. This service provides an alternative for clients who are interested in eliminating one specific pest without committing to a pest management plan. This service is a good option for those trying to maintain a specific budget. Scheduling is easy and an estimate, in most cases, can be quoted over the phone. Our One Time Service usually includes control of mice, ants, and stinging insects such as wasps and yellow jackets. ONE TIME SERVICE FOR ANTS
Our One Time Service for nuisance ants costs $225 and comes with a 90 days guarantee.
If you currently have small ants crawling inside your home, you can order our One Time Service online or call our office to schedule an appointment. Please note that if you are seeing large black ants nesting in wood, you likely have a carpenter ant problem which can be scheduled online here.
There are several types of ants (pavement ants and odorous house ants) that are common invaders. Small black ants that are less than ¼ inch are typically referred to as “nuisance ants.” These are the ants you would usually find in kitchens and/or bathrooms, mostly during warm weather months but you can also find them year round.
With our One Time Service you can expect to see a 50% reduction in ants within 3 days and 90%-100% reduction within 7-14 days. If you continue to see high levels of ant activity after 10 days, please call our office to schedule a follow up. Unlimited, free follow ups are available within the 90 day coverage period.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee same day service but we will do our best to get to your property as soon as possible, if same day service is not available, next day service will be provided.

ONE TIME SERVICE FOR WASP, HORNET OR YELLOW JACKETS
Our One Time Service for stinging insects cost varies depending on the nest location, we also offer a 90 days guarantee on this type of treatment.
E&G Pest Solutions will safely remove the nest from your property as soon as possible (on the same day if the nest is inactive). If the nest is active it may take a few days to get rid of it; since we would need to treat it before removing it. We will go back as needed at no charge during the 90 days guarantee.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee same day service but we will do our best to get to your property as soon as possible, if same day service is not available, next day service will be provided.

ONE TIME SERVICE FOR MICE
Our One Time Service for mice costs $250 and comes with a 90 days guarantee.
If you have noticed mice activity in your property and require immediate attention, you can order our One Time Service for mice online or call our office to schedule an appointment. Please note that if your mice problem has been active for 6 months or longer you probably need a Mice control, quarterly or exclusion plan. E&G Pest Solutions will inspect your property in order to find the sources of the mice activity and place tamper resistant bait stations to treat your current problem. Mice should be gone after 1 or 2 weeks, since the treatment takes some time to work. If mice are still active after 2 weeks, we will go back as needed at no additional charge during the 90 days guarantee for follow up services. Besides baiting your property we will check for possible entry points and suggest some repairs to keep mice out of your property
If a mice or rodent infestation is left uncontrolled they can cause damage in your home by chewing different areas, they also do carry diseases, so you need to address this issue if you see any signs of activity. Click here for more information about this pest.
ONE TIME SERVICE FOR CARPENTER ANTS
Our One Time Service for carpenter ants cost varies depending on the number of rooms in your property and comes with a 90 days guarantee.
If you currently have big black ants crawling inside your home, you can order our One Time Service online or call our office to schedule an appointment. E&G Pest Solutions will inspect your property for any signs of carpenter ants activity and will also look for the causes of the infestation, once they are identified, we will create a protective barrier around the foundation of your property in the exterior to prevent them from entering your property. If the carpenter ants are still active we will go back to retreat as needed during the 90 days guarantee.
Even though we offer our One Time Service for carpenter ants with a 90 days guarantee, we highly recommend acquiring our one year guarantee service for carpenter ants since they are wood destroying insects. If the carpenter ant treatment is required by a real estate agent when you are buying or selling a property, you must get the service with the one year guarantee. Our One Time Service for carpenter bees cost varies depending on the location of the nest and comes with a 90 days guarantee.
If you have carpenter bees flying around your property you can order our One Time Service online or call our office to schedule an appointment. E&G Pest Solutions will do an inspection looking for signs of carpenter bees nesting in your property such as holes or stains in wooden areas. Once the nest has been identified we will treat the current problem and prevent future infestations.
Carpenter bees are very territorial and may keep flying around their nests even if they can’t get into them, but they won’t continue damaging your property after we do the treatment. Do not panic, carpenter bees are harmless; they are very unlikely to sting. If you still have any issues after the treatment we will go back to retreat as needed during the 90 days guarantee. It is very important to have carpenter bees treated since they can attract woodpeckers to your property, which could lead to even more damage.
